Derval is available for;

creative consultation/collaboration.
Bespoke programmes are designed for the specific needs of individual groups. A combination of breathwork, mindfulness, yoga nidra/NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), gentle qigong-based movement and simple creative reflection/response are used.
Previous clients include HSE (health Care Executive), CNME (Centre of Nurse and Midwifery Education), BBM U.S. (Breath-Body-Mind), INTO (Irish National teacher's Organisation), IPPN (Irish Primary Principal's Network), IHF (Irish Hospice Foundation), Mayo North East Leader, Mayo Mental Health, Mayo County Council, GMarshTV, primary and secondary schools nationwide.
Derval has vast experience in wellbeing both on a professional and personal basis. She has a wealth of knowledge and a natural ability to support groups in a gentle, genuine way that makes the experience effortless and fun. She is an alum of Social Entrepreneurs Ireland and Social Impact Ireland.
Her work has been endorsed by health professionals internationally.

With his irrepressible enthusiasm for the wonder of nature, affable manner, and many years of ‘hands on’ experience Mick’s walks and talks are a beautiful blend of fun and learning aligning with many of the UN SDGs.
Mick is a qualified Marine and Countryside Guide (GMIT), Climate Control Ambassador in Mayo, he specializes in bird survey work.
Mick has facilitated walks and talks for The Museum of Country Life, Bird Watch Mayo, Mayo Education Centre and schools. Mick loves connecting, or re-connecting people with nature.
